At Wannaspeak by Veroniq, collaborations are custom content services, not off-the-shelf products, so refunds are handled differently than a typical online purchase.

1. Payment Terms

Payment structure (deposit, full payment upfront, or payment on delivery) is agreed per project and confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Refunds

Once work has begun on a project, payments are non-refundable. This reflects the time, planning, and production already committed to your collaboration.

3. Revisions

The script is sent to you for approval before shooting, so the final content reflects what was agreed from the start. One round of revisions is included per project for any final adjustments after delivery. Additional rounds beyond that can be discussed and may involve an extra fee.
