Our coaching programs, roadmaps, and services are strictly designed for and available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By enrolling in our programs or using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are an adult of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

All materials provided during the coaching program—including the 90-day roadmap, worksheets, templates, and video content—are the intellectual property of Wannaspeak by Veroniq. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own personal growth. You may not sell, share, or redistribute our materials to third parties.

• Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final and non-refundable once the program has commenced.

• No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled 1-on-1 coaching session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, that session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Wannaspeak by Veroniq is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the coaching program. We do not guarantee specific income, career, or lifestyle outcomes, as these depend on your personal execution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
