Welcome to Wannaspeak by Veroniq. By using this website and working with us on a content collaboration, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.
1. Our Services
Wannaspeak by Veroniq provides branded UGC (user-generated content) and creator-led video content for brands. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment are agreed per collaboration before work begins.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Delivered content grants the brand organic usage rights (posting on the brand's own social channels and website) as part of the agreed fee. Usage as paid advertising (including whitelisting or spark ads) is not included by default and must be agreed separately. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wannaspeak by Veroniq retains the right to display delivered content in her own portfolio and marketing materials.
3. Payment & Cancellations
Payment structure is agreed per project and confirmed in writing before work begins. Refunds and revisions are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
Wannaspeak by Veroniq is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from a content collaboration. We do not guarantee specific views, engagement, or sales outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control such as platform algorithms, targeting, and ad spend.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
